So, feminists do not want solutions which "limit their behavior". They want to be as drunk and slutty as they want, and demand an all-powerful entity protect them from stupid decisions. They want to do as they please, and not have to be accountable for bad decisions, and have somebody always protecting them from bad consequences.
The feminists do not want solutions. Solutions would deprive them of the pleasure of beating up men and accusing them of being part of the "rape culture" (which can only be fixed by giving feminists total power, including the ability to destroy any male they declare as being part of the "rape culture").
