He hasn't had a need to issue that many! Hell, half of the feral government agencies have been acting like his own personal SS attacking the tea party, grinding development to a halt, and excoriating our energy producers!

All of those feral government bureaucracies KNOW that the American people are starting to get tired of their salaries, lifetime benefits, and retirement at the age of 50, when the real PRODUCERS have to work until the age of 63 to just start getting a paltry hand-out from the very trough from which these workers have already been GORGING!

So as to help thwart the Tea Party types, they willingly go along with the Federal take over of EVERYTHING - it assures them of a permanent class position! And it shows their loyalty to the Federal Government, NOT the U.S. Constitution or the people whom they are supposed to be serving!!

I think that the major difference amd complaint is qualitative not quantitative.
