Okay, you claim you are embarrassed by video. Then you file a 10 million dollar lawsuit and have the lawsuit publicized just in case someone missed the original video?

Comedian John Oliver made a great observation about that, when that guy won the “right to be forgotten” lawsuit against google:
“...the Internet is like quicksand. The more aggressively you fight to remove yourself from it, the deeper you’re going to sink down into it. The case in point is the guy who started all of this... The only thing I know about him, is the only thing he didn’t want me to know.”
If it’s out there, best just keep your head down and get on with your life.
