Antonio Smith, 9 years old, was assassinated the other day.
He was Chicago's youngest fatal shooting victim this year. He was shot at least four times and fell in a backyard on the South Side.
And when I went out there on 71st and Woodlawn less than 24 hours after he was murdered, here's what I didn't see:
I didn't see protesters waving their hands in the air for network TV cameras. I didn't see the Revs. Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson playing their usual roles in the political race card game.

I went to school 11 blocks from there (60th and Woodlawn). Few problems in that area. A few blocks can make a difference in those parts.

Thug crime doesn’t count. They have been killing themselves off for years and not a peep out of the baiters. I feel sorry for the kid and his family but that is the way the assclown wants to run his racist games.
When it’s black-on-black, there’s no one for Sharpton or Jackson to shake down for $$$.
Were they actually responsible people, they’d be in those neighborhoods in a heartbeat, trying to steer those hoodrats into a better direction.
At one time, Jackson was actually involved in a much more positive, pro-education, anti-violence movement. But in time, the lure big bucks through race pimping tainted him.

That’s because they would rather bitch about the flea in their pants than address the elephant in the room: the thug culture.
We can’t ruin the narrative of evil white cops shooting down innocent black men by mentioning how a 9 year old black child is gunned down by another black youth. Another black on black killing that Al and Jesse will turn their heads away from.
Michael Brown had his chance Antonio Smith never got his.
Hint....it’s not a “crime” in their delusional worldview.
And, IMO, that's the sad part... these two, especially Jackson, could've had a positive impact. I look at the video linked below and think Jackson could've been so much better.

As the race-hustlers descend like vultures on various black communities to give speeches about racist whites, approximately every hour a young, black male is shot and often killed by another young, black male. Not important to the race-vultures.

Just once, just once I would like to see someone on national prime time tv ask those questions to Jesse and Al.
