About two weeks ago the Peace Corps pulled all of their people from Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia, over 300 people in all. They were not quarantined, but dispersed all across the country.
I recall reading at the time it happened that several of the workers were returning to the Sacramento area. I recall thinking that this was a catastrophe waiting to happen.

It would unlikely that someone without Kaiser insurance or Medi-Cal or Obamacare through Kaiser would be treated at a Kaiser hospital. That would tend to rule out the very newly arrived.
