It is because they do not care. I lived years ago in an inner city neighborhood that went through “ change”. A black guy who was a city fireman bought the house next door. He was a good neighbor and a good person. He was also big into music and had a very nice stereo system for that day and age.

Guess who got all his high end stereo stuff ripped off when he was working? I really felt bad for the guy, but he knew that it was his own brothers who robbed him. Belive me, most blacks are far more concerned of black criminals than they are of white cops.
