He beat the cop down in his car had backed off and was coming back at the cop again for a second beat down. What is your source for that?

“Could the cop be black?”
Maybe,, but only 3 of the 50 cops are Black.
To: IMR 4350
It didn’t happen — the 12 brass casings scattered around the scene prove it didn’t.
To: Ken H
I heard it on the radio.
Michael Berry.
It’s supposed to be going to a grand jury.

Who made the claim - a caller, a police spokesman, an eyewitness?

How do you know he was shot at the location he was found dead?
To: Ken H
Apparently some witnesses.
To: Mariner
Well, then the cop committed murder and should face the death penalty.

35ft away, unarmed. If true, it's murder. I can't wait to see how the local "authorities" will explain why it was "justified."

The propaganda war is in full swing.

The English is too precise and belies normal colloquial usage in the demographic.

With witness statements and a whole lot of scene physical evidence, I wonder what could possibly be holding up completion of the investigation?
This should not be too complex considering the above.
I love your moniker BTW...

Well if CNN says it, it must be true. /s
To: detective
I dont know what happened but I have read the Brown was in the police car fighting with the officer and trying to take the officers weapon. Since you don't know what happened, is what you read actually what happened? I would like to read the officer involved statement...Have you read it?
Just curious....

Well if CNN says it, it must be true. /s St. Louis County Chief of Police Belmar is the one who said it.
Does that make it look less favorable for the officer involved, in your opinion?
