Patient 0 was released from the ER on the 26th with a prescription for an antibiotic. Hence, Pt. 0 went to a pharmacy to have it filled. No one is mentioning that aspect, but reluctantly mentioning that the ambulance and crew is isolated.

Things that make me go hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

If fomites aren't a problem (as we are continually reassured), then why sequester the ambulance?

We know the answer to that one...
