A sheriff’s release means nothing under these circumstances as the usage of expert testimony/findings/examination would be required.

There will be a multitude of videos popping up from a variety of sources, from other drivers with a GoPro to fans in the stands holding up their mobile. It will be difficult to conceal any questionable behavior, and it will be difficult to claim this was intentional if it was not.
