There will be a multitude of videos popping up from a variety of sources, from other drivers with a GoPro to fans in the stands holding up their mobile. It will be difficult to conceal any questionable behavior, and it will be difficult to claim this was intentional if it was not. However, given Stewart’s reputation for hotheadedness, it will haunt him on and off the track. People will never forget his running down another driver.
Indeed. It’s still.speculation and there will be ample evidence. But, I’ve had enough “wrongful death” files pass over my desk to hypothesize which way the wind is blowing.
And, you are correct about a history with Stewart. I remember him standing between the track and pit lane to throw a helmet at Kennseth (Bristol maybe). Good thing Matt didn’t try to teach him a lesson if that was indeed what happened in this case and went awry.
