The photo was of the XO of the Cowpens who was "delighted to serve under" the Commanding Officer of the USS Cowpens. The skipper of the USS Cowpens, Capt. Gregory W. Gombert, was having an improper and "unduly familiar" relationship with the cruiser's acting executive officer, Lt. Cmdr. Destiny Savage.
Is it the honking ginormous Eagle and Stars and Stripes Cap badge that gives it away?
