[history]
A man claimed he purchased every pie at a Burger King, 23 in total, to spite an absentee mother and child who kept screaming he wanted one of the pies.

Just to be clear, he bought them so the kid wouldn’t be able to get one? Nuts on that. As I say, forget spiting the kid, I’d spite the mom. I’d give the kid the pies and a puppy. Good luck, lady.

I believe he was attacking the mom through the kid; i.e., giving her that much more temper tantrum to endure. Not that the kid didn’t deserve it too.

Oh ya, Hershey’s Chocolate Sundae Pie. I don’t normally bother with dessert at meals, but for that I’ll make an exception. Yummy stuff!

I dunno, could be they’re short of pies just until the next delivery.
As a teenager I worked at BK, and I definitely recall being sent to the grocery store across the street for foodstuffs we’d run out of. Generic items like heads of lettuce, mostly.

Agreed. The mother wouldn’t calm the child.
