"Star Trek: Voyager" actor Robert Picardo says he way too old to experiment with Bill Nye the Science Guy ... in the bedroom.
Picardo is asking a judge to stop his soon-to-be ex-wife from spreading rumors he's in a gay relationship with Nye.
The actor says in court docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Linda Pawlik lured him over to her house on July 4th by falsely telling him the family dog was missing. While he was there, he claims Linda had a P.I. attach a GPS device to his car.
Days later ... Linda started telling family friends the P.I. reported back that Picardo and Nye spent 3 hours together in Nye's bedroom, which she believes is proof of an affair.
Picardo says in docs, "I'd made it to 60 without having sex with a man and a 'walk on the wild side' at this age seemed unlikely to anyone who knows me."
The actor acknowledges he and Nye have been friends for years and have taken many pics together ... but he says it's purely platonic.
Fabulous.
He was given in order to appear in court. He materialized before the judge and said, “Please state the nature of your legal emergency.”

Wow, alotta honesty and trust in that relationship. lol
I hope she calms down, spends some time with family and friends and moves forward.

Probably went over there and hung out for a while. If the PI followed him over to Nye’s house there is no way of even knowing what he did once inside. They could have shared a brewskie while watching a sports game or something innoculous like that.
Put into the equation an angry harpie ex-wife and conclusions can be drawn that are not factual.

I have a co-worker that I am good friends with who is going through a divorace. I have been actively avoiding hanging out with him outside work so I don’t adversely affect his legal issues as someone or some moron may get the wrong idea about things. It really sucks because I feel like I am failing my friend because I am not there to be an ear to listen to him vent about his woes. But I am doing it for his own good even though it sucks and I consider him to be like a brother.
Who knows, maybe Picardo went over to talk to Bill Nye about having to deal with a crazy ex-wife since they both appear to have had issues with ex-wives.

I think you meant divorce. I think your spelling would be pronounced "devour us."
Maybe, if this information was continually being dropped from various sources. If it’s only coming from an angry ex. It should automatically be discounted.
Had the relationship been done in character, then it would have been Plutonic ....
