To: Vendome

Truth be told, I was influenced by AC/DC , who put the voice a bit farther back in the mix than most. Maybe I put it a bit too far back.

My next step is to promote it, but I need to learn how. Again, I’ll cheerfully accept advice, and in the meantime will be hitting Google.

A live performance sounds like a great idea, but I’d have to get a band together. I’ll keep my eyes open.

Good suggestions. Much obliged.

Too bad Parsifal rode the lightning.

I think was a studio player for demo’s and setups.

He could have helped.

Make a contact who has a contact.

maybe find out who’s playing at the next state fair and see if they wanna run it.

It was backward Elvis’ized.

In the latter recordings they kept bringing his voice forward of the instruments.

He disagreed and wanted a more balanced sound but, the bills kept cummin and the songs kept selling.

It was their view Elvis’ voice was the product.

You find a better sound in the remixes being played these days.
