Ward and another male friend were attacked in the McDonald’s parking lot by a mob of 15 to 20 people.

Tragic incident that highlights a long standing problem. Neighboring Bryan is basically "the hood", land of the EBT card - those denizens drift over to College Station to burglarize, rob and scam TX A&M students. Naive teens who are away from home, out on their own for the first time are their favorite & easiest targets.
