Full of liberal weenies, but you can upload images there for free. Not only that, but you get statistics to see how many times they were viewed, etc.
Or on any of the available image hosting sites. That repository of all earthlybutliberalslanted knowledge, Wikipedia has this list of sites and what they offer. Note the free sites usually have some kind of limitations.
There is a handy Firefox extension Rehost Image, which simplifies the process of getting an image uploaded.
You first get the image into your browser, either by finding it on the internet or by dragging it from a filesystem window on your computer. Then you right-click the image and select Rehost Image and Copy to Clipboard. The extension will then upload your image to the configured hosting site (e.g., Imgur) and copy a URL to the uploaded image to the clipboard. Then you simply paste the URL into an image element, and you are done.
This process protects the images against changes, if, for example, the 'tard who posted it decides it wasn't such a good idea after all and scrubs it. Also, the source of the image doesn't receive hits containing Referer headers mentioning FR. Instead, those hits (and associated bandwidth) go to the hosting service.
It's also useful for your own images and for screenshots and cropped, resized, or 'shopped images, etc.
