Saucy young Beijing girls in low-cut tops and booty shorts walk their crabs down the street in Sanlitun, drawing many gawkers. We assume they didn't have time to walk their jumbo shrimp, or crayfish.
Pedestrians snap pictures of the ladies and their curious "crabwalk".
Communism just isn’t what it used to be...

There’s a chain of restaurants on the Outer Banks called “Crabby Dick’s”. I just couldn’t bring myself to eat a meal there.
Something about girls with crabs tells me to be careful.
Beijing is an interesting place, also plenty of expats.
I was working with our Beijing plant a few years ago and our controller wanted to know if I was interested in seeing a rock band. I was game, then he told me the band was named “Red Army”, and was going to be performing at a place called Mao’s House.
It was interesting to say the least with a mixed crowd, even their brand of hippies. Lot’s of underground type activities go on in China.
Maybe it was a warning of their..... infestation.......
Those things must really itch bad.
The Sanlitun area is filled with restaurants and a combination of foreign brand boutique higher end stores. They are usually doing some sort of fashion show or other type of event down there. It is kind of a place to be seen.
For anyone that may be visiting there, the Blue Frog is a bar/restaurant that is worth checking out. It’s on one of the upper levels. After 3-4 days of eating native, is always nice to take break.
Arrrrr.
The entire idea of girls with crabs, pretty or otherwise, gives me.. pause.. Call me skeptical..
I can best be described as reluctant, reserved, or reticent.. at the very least.. But that’s just me.. :p

LOL...good one
I don’t care if they have crabs, they’re giving me Yellow Fever. /S
Maybe it’s an advertisement for a seafood restaurant?
I think they’re saying if you mess with these chicks you’ll get the crabs.
I believe the technical word for this is “scrawny”
