So we’d have the elites who are larger and more muscular and can stay awake year round. Then the subs would work the farms, tend the elite’s gardens and raise their meat for them, cook their food, pay their taxes, etc. Of course the subs would be genderless, but capable of being used for sex by the elites. Subs would be unable to procreate.

One of the major differences between old eugenics and new eugenics:
* the possibility of genetic engineering, not just breeding
* the ability to control fertility without surgery (injectables), thus sterilizing people without explicitly doing such, AKA you never get permission for a baby
* genetic testing to weed out the unborn is more palatable than killing those you can see
This was foretold in Huxley’s “Brave New World”. We can do this now and a lot of Libs would like to play God.
