That’s a good plan. If the local chefs like that variety, then I’m definitely gonna have to try some.
In the coming weeks, if this gardening topic keeps being posted, I’ll be able to provide results of my experience with San Marzanoes.
And, BTW, my grower didn’t have any more San Marzanoes so I bought some “regular” plum tomatoes and will plant them this afternoon.
