The First Lady of these United States has declared war on Chick-fil-A.
It seems the home of plump juicy breasts and hot buttered buns has run afoul of the new Smart Snacks in School program. The program is a component of Mrs. Obamas Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010.
The new government regulations require snack items served in public schools to have less than two hundred calories. That includes vending machines, lunch rooms and other campus food venues.
And thats really bad news for kids at South Carolinas Socastee High School. Theyve just learned they will no longer be allowed to buy Chick-fil-A sandwiches at school. They dont meet the standards, Principal Paul Browning told the Myrtle Beach Sun News. Were struggling with it.

Right, ignore her. pack your kids lunch at home. This is a by-God free country and my kids will eat what I want them to eat.
No, in my opinion this is payback for last year’s Chick Fil-A Appreciation Day, which dissed the faggies. Bottom line.
The Japanese were losing the war. They needed minerals like coal and sulfur. They didn't have unlimited prison camp resources, yet there were burgeoning numbers of prisoners headed to the Japanese mainland.
I don't believe they were inclined to take prisoners, except for the work they could do (at a price no Japanese would work, except perhaps their own prisoner/criminals).
The Japanese chose to save themselves money by carefully controlling the prisoners' feeding regimen and providing fewer calories than it would require to sustain them indefinitely. Under that regimen, (with special graces of not having to be on the strenuous work details others had because he was a hospital ward orderly) my father, who went in weighing 160lbs, came out weighing 88lbs. after two and a half years.
Dad said, "[the Japanese camp] was a meat-grinder." It took in prisoners, worked the prisoners, turned their flesh into hard work, and buried them after they expired a couple of years later. Fresh men came in to replace the dead ones, so the process was potentially continuous--but for the end of the war.
Dad's parents didn't recognize him three months after the war ended (after he's had those months to recuperate), when he appeared on their doorstep unannounced.

Some kid at that school could make a mint, buying chick fil A sandwiches and selling them for a profit.
Surely, you jest. The liberals don't even trust the local's judgment to educate their children.
I read somewhere that if the school opts out they do not get federal money (our tax dollars) to feed the poor they are required to feed.
Well this gets to the heart of issues of liberalism. Liberals seem to believe on issue after issue, that bureaucrats and elected officials in Washington DC can run our lives better than we can. They think they can run every aspect of education. They think they can regulate all functions of private business from Washington, DC.
This would be a good theme for election campaigns. Let’s talk about how the liberals underlying assumptions that bureaucrats and people such as Harry Reid can run your life better than you can. Contrast with conservative ideas such as individual liberty to make our own decisions about what to feed our kids, whether we want a 20 oz. Soda, etc.
I would like to encourage parents to help their children to start a small business selling Chick-fil-A sandwiches to hungry school children. At least they'd learn to do something in the schoolag archipelago.
You need 1,000 to 2,000 calories a day depending on age 2 to 20 to be healthy right?
Why does Michelle obama hate children so much that she wants them to go hungry?
That was a real bird brained comment Lmo56...
WOW! Is that a mug or what?
