If you remove the orange tip, you’re basically asking for it, especially since cops are trained to be trigger-happy these days. I wonder what would happen if you painted the tip of a real gun orange? Doesn’t matter I guess. They’ll shoot you if you point a cell phone at them.

Lets face it, these days brandishing any weapon around Police officers
in the line of duty can get you killed. Brandishing any firearm "toy or not"
during a dispute call is just asking for it. That man is lucky it was only a leg.
Disguising a firearm to look like a toy would be a state by city issue.
And probably earn you a well deserved face plant in the concrete if
a Cop catches you with it.

I wonder what would happen if you painted the tip of a real gun orange? I suspect that, by and by, we will find out that the orange tip is itself justification for gunning down a child after the first time a killer uses an orange tipped real gun to shoot someone.

Doesnt matter I guess. Theyll shoot you if you point a cell phone at them. Couple years ago Denver cops killed a guy, in his home, when he stood up while holding a can of coke.
