I think In-N-Out pays above minimum. Their employees are some of the sharpest in the fast food business.
They start their employees out at $10/hour, minimum wage be darned. If you want to see hope for America’s youth, pay a visit. The kids are well groomed, well mannered, courteous, hard working, and professional. If someone told you that Eisenhower was President, while you are there, you might believe it, they really hearken back to a bygone era :)
