Three more games left. Plenty of chances to come back ...

Although I have not yet seen any team winning a 7 game NBA finals being down 3-1.

But hey, history can be made....

Last year, the Spurs tried to play Miami’s game: pushing all the focus on Duncan. This year, it’s all about the teamwork that got them here. I love it when my gut feeling is better than the official predictions.

Boxing champion Floyd Mayweather Jr., who sat courtside, reportedly lost $2.6 million on Thursday night by betting on Miami to win.

What an idiot. He must have placed that bet before Game 3.

This is one of the reasons why spectacularly successful atheletes end up broke by the time they are 40-45 despite earning millions during their career. In the boxing world Mike Tyson comes to mind.

My favorite sport is College Backetball. My least favorite is the NBA. I cannot understand why anyone would pay to watch an NBA game.

Some say the only reason the Spurs are about to win yet another championship is because they cheated the Suns a decade ago.

Others: “They smashed us,” said LeBron James. “Whipped our butt,” said Dwyane Wade.

Who should we believe?

LeBron is quitting on Miami like he quit on the Cavs in his last game there.

And it was too obvious to ignore that James came here from Cleveland to get away from the very situation that enveloped him Thursday night:

What situation - losing in the NBA Finals against a better team? He's been to the Finals every years he's been with the Heat - if San Antonio does what they should do, LeBron will be 2-2 in the Finals over the last 4 yrs. There are teams that haven't been to the Finals in decades, and some that have never made it. There's no team out there guaranteeing James something better.

The Heat do need to rebuild around James - Dwayne Wade looks old, Ray Allen is old, Chris Bosh doesn't play up to his hype. But Pat Riley is a man you want rebuilding your team, and James knows it.

Here’s something people tend to overlook about the Spurs as a T-E-A-M — LOYALTY and COHESION.

Their 3 top players have been there for 10 years or more — Duncan, Parker and Ginobilli.

For 17 years Tim Duncan has worked at his craft. After this game, Duncan now has more double-doubles than anyone in the history of the game, passing Magic Johnson. And he passed Kareem Abdul Jabbar for most minutes played in NBA playoff history.

Coach Popovich preaches playing the game the right way and being consistent in doing it. And the team’s owners support him all the way. This is one well run organization.

I'm not sure why they are still playing basketball anymore seeing as how the most important mission of the NBA is removing racist Americans from within our country.

I would think that they would be helping FEMA to set up reeducation camps and constructing gallows for those determined to be too far gone...

Can’t wait to see these guys lose. I never liked their “spend to win” tactics. And the way James gave Jordan “the look” earlier in the playoffs (or was it in the regular season?) made me dislike him all the more. He will never be on the same level as Jordan.
