Thanks for the poem. Here is West Texas, rain is rare and we have been experiencing drought for years.
We do plant and nurture trees. There are no trees out side of town, except a former farm house might have a surviving tree or two (rare). Our landscape is semi-desert. almost no vegetation, or any water sources. Water wells for some.
I do have success with sun flowers. We mostly have water rationing and my water bill is $185.00 a month or more 8 months of the year.
Be grateful for God's favor and blessings, in Jesus name, amen.

I’ve been seeing where y’all are getting all kinds of rains, out in W Texas. I have friends in El Paso, that I’m praying for...not to wash away!
But, it is so nice for that area to be getting some much needed rain. Grateful for God’s favor and blessings, indeed!

I hear ya! There are so many dead or dying trees here....and our last water bill was over $250. But I couldn't live here if our yard and trees died! |
