A couple says they were told not to come back to a restaurant in East Texas because theyre gay.
In the town of Pittsburg, Texas, Big Earls Bait House and Country Store is an institution. So Collin Dewberry and his partner Kelley decided to have breakfast there. He says everything seemed to be going fine until they paid their check and were approached by their waitress on the way out.
She told them the rules are on the door and it says Welcome to Big Earls where men act like men, women act like ladies, no saggy pants and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
And so I laughed and I asked what do you mean? says Dewberry. And thats when she said to us to put it plainly, we dont serve fags here.
Big Earl Cheney, the owner, says the reason Dewberry and his partner were asked not to return was because of their actions.
What I saw was one of them half way under the table with his legs stretched out into the other guys lap. And he kind of looked really possum eyed at me as they say it in East Texas, he kind of looked at me like uh-oh.
Cheney says he refuses to admit the couple back into his restaurant.
He continued, Im not gonna have people coming in here with their butt showing; Im not gonna have people coming in here naked; Im not gonna have people coming in here having sex on the tables.
Dewberry maintains they were doing nothing wrong and were discriminated against.
Nobody deserves to be treated disrespectfully at an establishment that just seconds ago accepted their money.

Smells bogus.
Public Accommodation is an interesting concept. What about inappropriate conduct?
They don’t want tolerance, they want forced acceptance.
That is their only defense, but it is a ‘he said’ vs. ‘she said’ situation and if they claim that the server said “we don’t serve fags here” then her testimony is deep sixed. They would need a passel of witnesses to have any chance in court.
I predict this will go nowhere. He said vs fag said.

Oh, but those homosexuals can be the worst naggers!
Which one of them has rectal syphilis, you ask? It's a trick question...they BOTH do.
A bunch of raging fags are going to descend on this town like nobody’s business. Things are going to get broken.
Pray that the residents remain strong against the Gaystapo tactics.
I take it that they've never pulled a building permit, paid a traffic ticket, dealt with a DMV, went to Social Security....
ever notice how its always the young homo couple who raises a stench like this?
So you watch South Park too?
What if it is exactly as presented: Do you support the right of a business to turn away any business they please for any reason? I do.
This is likely another homo hoax "crime." But the media, the faggot-in-chief and his goons, and Unholywood will believe the homos' word despite any evidence.
Obviously, this happened and someone, the two guys or other called the media who would find this story of interest. I feel sorry for the business, “Big Earl’s” myself to have to deal with this. Now, they could have people coming in, all about this story.
I am ok with this. Although I think immediately when he saw the behavior he should have kicked them out instead of waiting until they finished eating and paid.
Put up a sign saying no displays of affection permitted. They can enjoy their meal, pay the bill, and find somewhere else to dine if they can’t keep their hands off each other, or legs or whatever.
Pedophiles have to be scratching their heads asking, where are my civil rights to act on my sexual attraction.
we dont serve fags here
The other thing is they do. Obviously they did serve them.
