Address listed is off by a small amount or add apartment # that does not exist(#1A) and use cell phone for the phone #. Just reverse name or use initials, whatever works for you. Maiden name? Think about it! I use my name and daughters home address in another state?? Say you forgot it and ask to use the store card...cashiers do have one!
I always have 2 since I might have the wrong handbag!
OR you could just go to the bank and get the cash money since you know / knew what the total was/ is...
