2 possibly 3 of the areas are associated with Romani, i.e., Gypsies. 2 are in Latin America and 4 are African American dominated US cities. No Asian and maybe 1 white area in some seedy part of Moscow. That website needs to be shut down!

It mentions Bucharest, Romania — I haven’t been to Bucharest, but I have traveled to the northwestern part of the country... it’s beautiful there, and the people embrace Christianity far more than Americans.

I actually know someone who went to a Black Sea resort in Bulgaria. He said it wasn’t half bad.

I was so looking forward to visiting lovely, historic, southern-charmed Bywater, Louisiana in New Orleans.
I am very disappointed.
