EVERYONE ON THE SHOW SAID NUKULAR!!!! Only Kiefer and W said it that way, now they make the whole cast say it! Is that a political thing?
It can be an inside joke. I think the producer are fairly conservative. It could just be an acknowledgement and support for the way W said it.
