Beliefs determine morality.

The important thing is that beliefs do not determine reality. Morality is a way for mankind to deal with reality.

And "without God, everything is permissible."

A silly assumption. On the contrary, everything is permissible if you believe God is on your side.

No, not with the God of the Bible. There are different opinions on the matter of course, but one absolute theme in that book is that those who go against the law in that book and refuse to repent of going that way are not going to be forgiven of their acts.

Depends on whether the god you worship is Mohammed’s god or the God of Aristotle and Aquinas, Who is Goodness, Truth, Beauty, One and Existence Itself.
