Yes they had adoration last night, but the host was not exposed. At other times they have used a reliquary which does expose the host, but they didn’t use it last night.

WHAT is she doing in an Episcopal church, this self-proclaimed devout Catholic? i suppose i am relieved that it was Episcopal rather than to hear that her bishop permitted her.

Because ambivalence about God’s existence is the ticket to heaven.

OMG my friend Cheryl dropped off her mom’s Cross Buns at my door a bit ago. I had completely forgotten about them, though her mom has generously given us a dozen each year for as long as i have known her [and that’s as long as i have been married, sooooo 29 years] Her mom is 96 years old and makes them by hand. i think her daughters mix the dough for her and she sits and forms them by hand. they are the best things on earth! very plain just very slightly sweetened and with raisins, they are like manna to me!

I’m always amazed at those
Who think that free speech
Means they are the only voice
That gets a venue to preach

They shout there is no God
And no Jesus on the cross-
It is their right to say so,
And I believe, their loss

But they don’t respect anyone
Who doesn’t think the same way-
So who is really “tolerant”
Of what all others have to say?

Nice! I am texting with my daughter to discuss Sunday dinner. I’m thinking of not going with ham and instead steaks - we don’t need an entire ham and it would just end up in my freezer

Nice T5! It is amazing to me that the more radical in the gay movement have become the very bullies they used to cry against. Who will be the first to turn the other cheek?

Is that because she was not permitted in her own church? She’s not Episcopal. We welcome everyone but they should have drawn the line at allowing someone who clearly just wanted a photo op.

Thank you! I think radical atheists are the worst, with radical Muslims a close second-they don’t just want you to accept their mental problems, they are insisting that you not worship God as you choose...

And I call them homosexuals, not “gay”-that is a euphemism that has only been used since early in the last century, and came from a stage play. I’ve never met a “gay” homosexual-they all seem like emotionally unhappy drama queens, in need of psychotherapy, especially the male ones...

Wow, I'll never mess with xsteen. She eats processed uranium, wow. That' s what I would call a bad ass.

Does she glow in the dark too?
