Big Lots is SUPPOSEDLY going to be rolling out Frozen Food sections this year. In the meantime, we get bargains in the Freezer section of Dollar Tree, and outstanding deals from the Sharp Shopper, a small chain of “grocery outlets” that basically run down I-81 from southern Pennsylvania, through western Maryland, and down the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia. ..
