As it turns out, weird food combos aren't just for pregnant ladies, you can eat them anytime and they are quite popular. Here are some weird but good food combinations that you may want to try the next time you're out.

RE the pic of syrup and fried chicken. When we were young, and my dad was a very junior Navy officer in CA he used to regularly touch up leftover cold fried chick with honey. Heated just a bit in the new microwaves made it even better. Loved it!
Fried Calamari and Srirachi sauce is excellent!
My favorite with pizza is French dressing! YUM
“Look for someplace that sells “Mexican” Coca Cola; they come in small glass bottles — using real sugar instead of whatever Americanese Coke has”
We can pick up Mexican Cokes at the Costco here in SC. My husband had never had a “real” Coke until a few months ago.
We used to get them back home along the coast of MS. You sure can tell the difference!
A little unusual seperately but if you throw them all in a blender I suppose you've basically got ketchup.
That might be something to try, I can see how it would take the edge off of the that sweet, sweet, sweeeeetness of the cranberry.
My theory is that Jager is fermented lawn clippings.

Jager is nothing but marketing to 21 year olds that are susceptible to image marketing ,, same as Captain Morgan ,, both are bottom of the barrel products.
Well, I’ve read all the responses, and haven’t seen mine yet.
Potato chips and chocolate. Anything salty and chocolate.
Yep makes it perfect.
As a child I also have had peanut butter, mayo and banana. It is yummy. Of course, we liked sliced bananas with mayo anyway. We also liked chopped olive (black) sandwiches with a sliver of sweet pickle (must be candied dill strips) and ham sandwiches with the same sliver of pickle. What kid hasn’t put chips on his sandwich? It just saves a step.
I was babysitting one day and the kid wanted peanut butter and dill pickles. I asked him 4 times, and watched him eat it. I couldn’t grasp that it was good.
Liverwurst (or Braunschwieger) with peanut butter on pumpernickle.

NOT WEIRD AT ALL ... you want "Flipz" ,, chocolate covered pretzels .. I don't know how they keep the pretzels so crisp ... chocolate , crunchy , sweet , salty ,, IT HAS EVERYTHING!
We have Hawaiian restaurants in our area where the honey is cooked into the fried chicken. Mmm!
About 6 or 7 years ago, Papa Johns was slipping little packets of Cholula garlic hot sauce in the boxes with the pizzas. Utterly delicious and I use it with pizza to this day..alas, it was just a limited promotion for Papa Johns, but I keep a bottle of the sauce at home for pizzas and everything else for that matter.
It's missing bacon.
Peanut butter and mayonnaise sandwiches.
I confess I’ve used the vidalia onion slices as dippers for peanut butter.
Horseradish on popcorn sounds great!
I discovered fresh horseradish with fresh strawberries back in the 90’s...I will substitute (the fake) wasabi if I am at a chinese buffet. I say “the fake” because real wasabi is very expensive. I expect what we see at many asian places is food coloring in a pureed horseradish.
Also really like pancakes/waffles/french toast on the same plate with eggs where my tobasco and syrup mix together.
Now, I’m hungry...!
I LOVE SPAM MUSUBI ... known as the gateway to Spam.
Living close to Little Tokyo, they love carbs. I love potato salad sandwiches.
