Yeh Randy seems like all the pepper seed varieties take their sweet butt time germinating and growing from seedlings.
I have some Cubanelle and Anaheim peppers from seed over 8 weeks old now and barely 2 inches high in the window sills.
Oh well they do what they’re programmed to do.

We started our peppers, including poblano, paprika, habanjero and killer scorpions January 20.

I sprouted seeds for all these peppers and thought they would never sprout, but they finally did and are now in containers outside. The Fooled You Pepper (Jalapeno without heat) is about 6 inches tall, the rest are shorter, 4-5 inches, but they are all growing and look healthy:
Tangerine Dream Sweet Pepper
Golden Baby Belle Sweet Pepper
Sweet Pickle Pepper
Pepperoncini Hot Pepper
Hot Pepper Mixture
