Transport authorities in northern France laid off a driver as a protective measure, after he sprayed a teenage lesbian couple with water after they kissed in front of him last week.
The driver stopped in front of a high school near Nancy to pick up students around 5:30 pm on Friday when the young couple shared the kiss. The driver allegedly uncapped a bottle of water he had with him and let its contents fly on the teenage girls.

Evian is “Naïve” spelled backwards.
“And the negative waves catchphrase... Classic”
Oddball: Why don’t you knock it off with them negative waves? Why don’t you dig how beautiful it is out here? Why don’t you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?
Moriarty: Crap!
Great movie btw...
I have it on DVD....
I think a new term has been spawned.
The SoCons can protest all they want in France, but they will ALWAYS lose to those who actually run the country. The Church is not a social force in a country where less than 10% attend mass.
There is a difference between “not giving a damn about PC” and committing assault. This guy deserved to get fired.
After the homos in Germany wiped their ass with sacred passages then threw them at children, sorry but I have lost any sympathy for this agenda and its adherents. I feel the same about baby-killers.
ibtz.
Why would I be zotted? I think the persecution/”hate crime” storyline here is nonsense, but the guy deserved to be fired. I don’t care why he sprayed water on them, but the fact that he did is enough to get him fired (if not arrested). Assault is assault.
I agree, don’t care one bit for the homo agenda. But, again, whatever the reason, assault is assault.
Not suspended? Fired for first offense? The whole “zero tolerance” bent reeks of liberal “governance”.
Yes, fired. You think that companies should have something other than “zero tolerance” policies for employees who assault customers?
Many do, even at their own volition. It’s big government that is fond of zero tolerance.
Do you think that these manner of PDAs ought to be commonplace?
“Many do, even at their own volition. Its big government that is fond of zero tolerance.”
I’m not so sure many companies would have acted differently. If someone walks into a business (bus, store, whatever), and an employee of the business sprays them with water, it’s a pretty safe bet that the employee would be fired.
“Do you think that these manner of PDAs ought to be commonplace?”
Absolutely not. I’ve said repeatedly that I think the PC angle of this story is bullsh*t. This is sort of the flip side of hate crime laws. I (like most conservatives) am opposed to hate crime laws, largely because I think that a crime is a crime is a crime. Assaulting someone because they are homosexual (or black, or whatever) should not be any more of a crime than assaulting someone for any other reason. The flip side of that, though, is that assaulting someone because they are homosexual should also not be any less of a crime than assaulting someone for any other reason. Again, a crime is a crime is a crime.
No, it’s not a crime. I would not regard being sprayed with water by a stranger a criminal act (if so, Ozzy Osbourne perpetrated a criminal act upon me at several of his concerts by spraying me and the crowd with several gallons of water!), although it can be viewed as aggression depending on the context, and a misdemeanor at most. (Only in the case of the Wicked Witch of the West is it assault with a deadly weapon.)
