What ever happened to chet99?
IBTINTDITO
Waiting for the it’s the owner and not the dog replies.
Hide your pets, Michael Vick is with the Jets.
Two pit bulls confined in an apartment with a defenseless child. What could go wrong?
RIP little one. I hate these stories.
Pitbulls should all be shot and their owners put in prison.
Is it just too damn hard for people to get a normal dog?
Nooooo. Some douche parent has to get something like this because they think it makes them look tough.
It’s in the genes.
Some dogs aren’t meant for apartment living. Too much energy and nowhere to expend it.

I never cease to be amazed at the number of people who believe this breed is gentle and great with kids so long as the dog is treated properly. Every time something like this happens they come out f the woodwork screaming “The owner has to have mistreated the dog or taught it to be vicious.” Heck, Rachel Ray is among this group.
What an utterly terrifying way to die. Sorry Mia, that you had the misfortune to be born to parents uninterested in your safety. RIP.
I like dogs as much as anybody else but would never have a pit bull in a home with a 5-year-old child.
A neighbor had a pit bull. His daughter was a youngster at the time. I asked the neighbor if he was concerned the dog would attack. He said with proper care and supervision, he felt the dog would fit in well with the family.
The put bull was a sweetheart. I rubbed her belly one day and I was her friend for life. Every time she would see me, she would drop to the ground and roll on her back for her belly rub.
She’s gone now and I miss that dog. Maybe my neighbor was just lucky or maybe he did something right with that dog, but there was never any trouble with her.
