I encourage everyone to check out the free (Donations please) online courses in the constitution from Hillsdale college.
If I had college age children, I would look into these colleges, and other conservative and/or faith based institutions. So many colleges are liberal, and libertine in their curricula and social life, that in my opinion, they should be avoided. There’s anecdotal evidence that young people become corrupted in their world views at such places.
North Greenville University, Greenville, SC.
There are 20? I would have guessed less than 10.
Brigham Young has a campus on Oahu. (Not important-—just an FYI)

Texas A&M Professor Says We Need to Repeal Outdated Second Amendment (Gun grabber Alert!!!).
When I read the Texas A & M was in this list of most conservative colleges I thought Wait did I read a thread about some Leftist Wacked professor at A&M
But these days you just dont seem to be able to get away from Left thinking anywhere.
I know grads from Biola and Pepperdine.
People from Biola will readily acknowledge the religious content of their studies.
I doubt there is much religion left at Pepperdine, or at least nobody I know from there ever mentioned it.
Here in diabolical SoCal, there are also Vanguard, Costa Mesa and Concordia, Irvine (Lutheran). Both religious schools.

I would have put The Citadel on the list - at least when I was there.
I can’t believe Baylor is not on that list. It’s by far one of the best conservative colleges in the nation.
An interesting list.
Some fine schools. Worth the incredible tuition and fees? Questionable.
This ping list is for articles of interest to homeschoolers. Metmom holds both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping List. (Some of us are filling in for her temporarily.) Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added or removed from either list, or both.
The keyword for the FREE REPUBLIC HOMESCHOOLERS FORUM is frhf.
ha! my top three i mentioned on another thread yesterday are the top three listed here... as far as i am concerned, the top three here are the Ivy League :)
Here's a fact that jumped out to me re. #1 - Hillsdale College:
It was first college in America to officially prohibit any discrimination based on race, religion, or gender. Hillsdale College does not accept federal or state subsidies.
Conservative = non-discrimination. One of those things that makes you say, "Hmmm. "
Dear Sitetest,
I went looking for a thread and found one.
See above conservative universities. Many are Roman Catholic.

Lots of students in my high school went to Harding. It’s extremely expensive though (like Henderson).
Thomas Aquinas College is in such a great location it’s hard to believe anyone graduates. It’s between Santa Paula and Ojai, CA.
