[history]
President Obama is committing more military resources, including aircraft and special operations forces, to the hunt for notorious African warlord Joseph Kony.
Early Monday, the White House confirmed a Washington Post report that the U.S. was sending "associated support personnel," and a "limited number" of CV-22 Osprey aircraft to assist local forces in their long-running battle against Kony's Lord's Resistance Army, or LRA. Obama sent about 100 U.S. troops to help the African forces in 2011.

There is a reason they are called 3rd world countries, and I am not putting down the poor, but those who run those crap holes.
3rd world countries, HELL ON EARTH.

Kony operates in an area known as the African
Pole of Inaccessibility. Yes, he needs killing. But after 30 years in the jungle, the armies of four nations hunting him, the UN losing 8 experienced Guatemalan jungle fighters in an ambush and the US having 100 soldiers chasing him for the last three years they are no closer than before.
It is not the job, obligation or business of our government to get involved. On top of that it is just plain stupid and dangerous. Our soldiers shouldn't be at risk for this.

Sure take on armies tht consist of guerilla units with outdated weaponry. Its like a 200 lb bully taking on a 130 lb wimp in the schoolyard. And yet 100 US special forces have spent three years chasing him with no results.

The War Powers Act itself is unconstitutional nonsense.
It is a direct assault on the separation of powers.

I’d much rather pay Executive Outcomes to do the job if it means keeping Americans as far away from that hell hole as possible.
They’re an Africa based contractor that uses mostly African fighting men. They’ve been exceedingly effective in the past and would be even more effective if it weren’t for the UN getting in the way.
They went into Sierra Leone with 150 guys and seized the diamond fields from a 5000 strong force of guerrilla slavers and saved the legitimate government’s bacon. The UN came to the rescue, released the guerrillas and forced the government to negotiate.

Face palm ,,, incredible, just incredible.
Goes to show ? the UN is a criminal enterprise, surely they got their cut in that diamond mine after they saved the guerrilla's bacon.

Kony operates in an area known as the African Pole of Inaccessibility. Yes, he needs killing.
In other words, he's contained. Personally I would send
Executive Outcomes And I'm not even sure they can get him.

" And yet 100 US special forces have spent three years chasing him with no results. "
Who's to say that he's not in some other part of the world been taken in by some corrupt government as a safe haven ?

" In the end, the world will scream about American brutality in Africa. "
Perhaps ? that's the end goal, agenda, and means, and ends of the whole thing ?

They had a short lived real reality show on the discovery channel where they were hunting illegal fishing boats off the coast of west Africa.
They were getting paid by bounty or the sale of the illegal boats. Again the UN started stepping in and seizing the boats and collecting the money for themselves.
