Gapping points with a matchbook cover, sanding-off distributor cap points... until you could afford to get new ones, the old ones were made to last a while.

(((sigh)))

I was going to swap storm for screen doors, but I’m going to wait a week or so. Still some cold weather to come until April:

Is anyone familiar with a Coonan 1911 chambered in .357 Magnum?

It’s a big shinny thing and when you open it all your garden gnomes run inside.

Heh. 3/8” tempered glass, full outer door insert, for cold and winter months, replaced by screen door insert for spring and warmer months.

Yes I had the middle one. Sold it for $750 to buy my SCAR....previous offer $300 because the FFL said rimmed fire were not made to cycle in semi auto. I sold it because it jammed so much no way would I ever carry it. Fun to shoot, very flat flat shooter and accurate with little recoil when you weren’t dropping the slide to unjam it. It’s pretty! I would never buy one again at any price.

TheBoy hasn't dragged the mower out yet. I'm glad he can do it, keeps me in the cool air.

LOL. They have four legs and leave muddy footprints all over.
