Because he was trying to keep her from being killed. He didn’t do it as punishment.
On talking dead they said the puzzle on the table was of Sophia. The director used that to set the mood.
This sneak peek better be hopeful.
Looks like one of Daryl’s new crew has a death wish.
I saw that. Twisted, in a way.
Did you notice how Melissa McBride hardly cracked a smile the whole time?
I think he’ll take them out, one by one. This gang can’t be allowed in radius of the Terminus.
Not sure I want to know what’s at the Terminus.
Beth better be ok.
Back to Daryl, so that’s good. Talking Dead was good tonight.
And I liked that Yvette agreed with me in advising Carol not to forgive Rick. Melissa was more magnanimous of course. Lol.
Yvette was a host on ‘I love the Eighties’.
She cracked me up, and still does to this day, when the 80s video being discusses was Lionel Richie’s ‘All Night Long’, she was humorously offended when her white friends were asking her ‘what’s he saying’ when Lionel intros the African chants in the song, assuming she would understand it since she’s African-American. Funny.
You can tell she really gets the show and understands the characters.
She should be on every week.
Tonight...words don’t work. What an experience!
I knew Carol takes Lizzy, however, I never thought Lizzy would take her sister. I thought Lizzy would finish the baby Judith first.
I always said that Lizzy was the rat in the prison.
So this was the episode Andrew Lincoln was referring to when he said “I can’t believe they went there.” That was some intense TV right there.
When Tyreese said, “I forgive you”, I sobbed out loud, lol.
Old Sarge, I have never, ever seen anything like that on television in my entire life.
That was the best acting I have ever seen.
I mean it was, just I have no words to say what it was.
It pulled me right in, and it made me shed tears.
Just unreal good.
Lord knows what hes into now, though."
You know, I had pretty much resigned myself to the fact that the show wanted Daryl with Beth. But after tonight, hell, no---I'm back on the Daryl/Carol train with a vengeance. Carol has EARNED Daryl. I am not going to be happy if he ends up with that emptyheaded little twit.
She should be on every week."
I love her; she would make a great co-host.
It has to be. A child murdering another child, and then an adult having to kill the murderer because she's too much of a threat to other people. Difficult stuff!
Definitely. I felt sorry for Lizzie there at the end, but she was a grave danger to everyone around her. Carol is one tough woman.
Under other circumstances, Lizzie would be committed, but they don’t really have that option in the zombie apocalypse.
