I encouraged people to watch the performance of the cable companies and their stocks over this year, because I thought people would have to cut out a lot of discretionary spending in order to afford their coerced healthcare spending. But I never guessed that the president would come out and blatantly say this.

A lot of companies supported obamacare, because they thought they could push off healthcare expenses onto the individual citizens, and they would save money. I don't think they calculated that those same people would lose their discretionary spending money, and it would come right back at them.

The tea party needs to reach out to insurance companies and companies that depend on discretionary spending.
