Nature worship is a form of demonic possession. It denies the absolute authority of the Creator in favor of a belief that humans are destroyers. They are right about one thing. When people deny God they become destructive. Evironmentalism is nothing if not destructive of nature.
Marxism believed in industrialism, economics, progress, technology, etc., whereas Fascism was rooted in nature romanticism, Social Darwinism and existentialism. Marx himself made fun of the early German greens in his own day.

"Balance" is not a word I would use. Obedience to G_d's system of periodic interrupts induces a form of feed-forward stability. They are course corrections in a system otherwise cascading toward catastrophic events.
I used “balance” in the sense that you described human tailoring of the environment. Your language is more careful and explicit.
Yes, instead of Nazis, which has become a vitriolic buzzword, we should call them National Socialists instead.
