To summarize many dialogues I had in school, some years ago:
Leftist: We stole the land from the Native Americans!
Me: Who did they steal it from?
They sided with the British during the Revolutionary War.
We were more than decent to them.
Casinos and casinos...What a legacy.
They have done themselves wrong.
My response is, “Well that’s what they get allowing their country to be flooded by illegal immigrants.”
I always answer liberals with “and how did their open borders policy work out for them?”
The land has passed between so many cultures over eons and sometimes mere decades that only possession grants right of title.
