My point was with being ‘detained’ vs. ‘arrested’, not merely a traffic stop

Sure, I trust 9 tyrants in robes whom couldn’t read to understand the Constitution if the mob were at their front door.

Same way my 5th A. Rights are null when filing out my ‘tax returns’, or a license to carry when I have my 2nd A Rights. My Rights do not cease to exist during travel (I’m sure not a ‘driver’...I make no $$ ‘taking myself’ to work. Though, they sure can lawyer up every which angle to ‘gotcha’ but can’t seem to understand ‘shall no be infringed’ readily enough).
