Blurs ‘were not added’ it is how it can look when a moving video file is paused. The video itself is low resolution. I’ve watched it a couple of times now, and you can see the faces a little clearer as the video unfolds. Again, it proves nothing.

Yes, the video is much clearer. Must have just been a fluke of the particular screen capture.
