The Founding Fathers thought that only people who had a stake in the country should have a vote. That has changed. Has it changed for the better? I don’t think so.

Obviously, any fair voting system would recognize the obvious conflict of interest in allowing those who receive unearned subsidies from any level of Government, to vote for office holders operating at that level of Government. This is too obvious to be overlooked. That it has been overlooked is a deliberate abuse of responsibility by elected officials.
