I don't think Arkancide will be a problem here because I do not think Hillary is going to run. I also think that if Biden runs, he wins by the same margin G.H.W. Bush beat Dukakis and for the same reason. Bush was supposed to be Reagan's third term and Biden will be Obama’s third.
While You may disagree, I think you would be vastly overestimating the intelligence of American voters AND giving way too much credit the Republican party.

Biden has suffered two brain aneurisms His health is questionable. Hillary also has serious health issues. While I think both will saddle up for a presidential run I don’t think either can go the distance. As for Brown nobody outside of California has ever taken him seriously
