I have some onions, garlic, lettuce, spinach that I planted last fall too, but I haven’t ventured out. It’s covered with a double layer of row cloth, and Hubby put out lots of straw on top of it.

I don’t have much hope for anything other than the garlic and maybe the onion, because it has been so cold, and we haven’t had enough sunshine. Usually I can get several days of moderate weather and sunshine to uncover it during the winter, but not this year.

. Had sleet last nite, in the high 50's now, WTH's going on with this weather ,

. Finally got Texas & Valida onions at the feed store today , their in the ground . English and snow peas starting to sprout ,should be making the row in a few days. Oh it feels good to be out playing in the dirt
