Pink Floyd. But, having seen The Replacements live about 25 years ago, I gotta say they were really something.

I was also very fond of Peter Gabriel and Phil Collins’ 70s band Genesis. Gabriel was an amazing performer, amazing. Collins by himself was not as good. Also loved the Eurhythmics, and still love Annie Lennox; but neither they nor Genesis was what you would call a Top Ten band, in the sense that their music was so intelligent it did not have wide appeal.
