I heard De Blasio signed his injured Groundhog up for ObamaCare.
It's the least he could do - After all, the groundhog voted for him.

That’s the first photo I have seen of the event. Sheesh! First DiBlasio throws the poor animal, and then the woman punches it below the belt.
