The HI statute that was in effect from 1955 to 1982.

"Section 57-9 Local registrar to prepare birth certificate.

(a) If neither parent as above provided is able to prepare a birth certificate, the local registrar shall secure the necessary information from any person having knowledge of the birth and prepare and file the certificate."


Amendments or even the birf record about an Hawaiian birth can be made at anytime in the future whether that it is 6 months after the alleged Hawaiian birth or it is 60 years after the alleged [or BS Obama birf] Hawaiian birth.

Is it even possible to write a provision more lax, than what Hawaii has, in their birth recording stipulations?
